Erica Brier-Kennedy, LMFT, CASAC, CCTP, and CIMHP, has been in private practice since 2009. In 2022, she launched Sage Therapy, a group practice created to meet the increasing demand for quality mental health care. At Sage Therapy, our team is committed to offering compassionate, personalized support that empowers clients to heal, grow, and thrive.

Individual Therapy

Practice Owner/Therapist
Erica works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. She provides collaborative, integrative care that supports healing, growth, and balance. As an AAMFT-approved supervisor, Erica is dedicated to mentorship and professional development. Her approach emphasizes empowerment and overall wellness, helping clients recover from addiction, manage stress, and improve their sleep. She integrates mind–body practices into therapy, combining psychological insight with somatic awareness to promote holistic healing and a deeper sense of wholeness.
Laura Stumhofer, MA, LMFT
Therapist
Laura specializes in helping couples deepen connection, improve communication, and enhance relationship satisfaction, including exploring sexual dynamics. She is also dedicated to empowering adolescents in self-discovery. With expertise in uncovering unconscious thoughts and emotions, Laura guides clients to understand the origins of behavioral patterns and transform them into healthier, more authentic connections. A certified yoga instructor with extensive knowledge of Eastern philosophy, Laura offers clients the option to integrate yoga and Eastern principles into their therapeutic journey, creating a holistic path to personal and relational growth.


Leanne Nagle, MA, LMFT
Therapist
Leanne offers a tailored therapeutic approach through individual, couple, and family sessions, specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. She provides letters of support for clients seeking medical gender-affirming care and brings particular expertise in helping teens develop positive self-image and coping skills. Leanne’s philosophy focuses on restoring balance, guiding clients to process past and present experiences and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Therapist
RianSimone Harris is a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist completing her clinical training under supervision. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relational challenges, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Her collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed approach supports clients in exploring how past experiences shape current patterns, gently guiding them toward what feels more aligned with their authentic selves. Her approach is experiential, emotion-focused, and grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based principles. Annemarie Sohn, LPMFT
Therapist
Annemarie, a PhD candidate from Syracuse University, provides individual, couple, and family therapy with expertise and research interests in LGBTQ+ affirming care, trauma, separation and divorce, co-parenting, neurodiversity, stress, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. Her approach honors the complexity of your story and centers the body as a site of wisdom and survival. She co-creates a space of safety and connection, resisting the individualization of pain that often arises from systemic harm. Drawing from experiential, narrative, and other emotion-focused approaches, she works to deepen emotional access, strengthen relational attunement, and foster resilience, self-compassion, and acceptance. Our affordable fees range from $40 to $200, ensuring you can get the help you need without financial stress. We do not bill insurance for couples or family therapy.
