Family therapy helps families better understand the patterns, roles, and emotional experiences that shape their relationships. By creating space for each family member’s voice and perspective, families can move beyond blame and reactivity toward greater understanding, connection, and collaboration. Together, we work to strengthen communication, navigate life transitions and conflicts, and create a family environment where each member feels valued, supported, and understood.

A Thoughtful, Whole-Person Approach

We recognize that people are shaped by their relationships, experiences, values, and environments. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we take time to understand the broader context of each client’s life. By exploring emotional, relational, and personal factors, we help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Accessible & Flexible Therapy Options

We are committed to making quality therapy both accessible and convenient. Sage Therapy accepts major insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and MVP, and offers out-of-network courtesy billing for many insurance providers. For added flexibility, we provide secure telehealth services that allow clients to attend sessions from home, work, or another private location. By offering both in-person and virtual appointments, we strive to remove common barriers to care and make it easier for individuals, couples, and families to access support in ways that work for them.

Inclusive Environment

At Sage Therapy PLLC, we are deeply committed to creating a space where all individuals feel seen, respected, and valued. We honor the diversity of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, religious affiliation, and ability. Our therapeutic environment is affirming and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on cultural humility and responsiveness to each person’s lived experience.
